Several teams are facing a challenge: to create innovative and quality dishes. They have a limited time and ingredients, therefore they need an Agile approach, so that they can add value to the product at a low cost.
The cooking process is developed through programmed iterations. In each, the customer feedback is key to adapt the valuable parts of the product as well as the working process. So the following actions are planned, through which the teams will deliver a valuable product.
We learn that the mistake is an investment, that we must make mistakes and make them as soon as possible. We develop short sprints that will improve the product incrementally during the production process itself.
